If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. However, all sale items and orders during promotions are final and ineligible for refund except in the case of defect.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, we offer store credit only. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The products(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them in. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
Very nice material, the hand-band is just a little too big for me but other then that these are very nice products and i always love buying from Loop.
