If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. However, all sale items and orders during promotions are final and ineligible for refund except in the case of defect.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, we offer store credit only. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The products(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them in. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.

Local Pick Up

LOOP Lifestyle + LOOP littles offers local pick up options to our customers in the Greater Fredericton, NB region.

Orders that have not been collected for three months or more will be added back to our inventory.  Should a customer want to collect that order post-three months, we will try our best to refill the order, however due to the limited  inventory may not have the products ordered in stock. We do no offer a refund for overdue local pick up collection.
