Each LOOP is hand made by our LOOP team on the east coast of Canada. Our CLASSIC scrunchies are designed to tame your mane, giving you the thick and full look with looping around hair an average of two to three times deepening on hair thickness. Check out our MINI LOOP designed for those with thinner hair or half up hair styles!

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. However, all sale items and orders during promotions are final and ineligible for refund except in the case of defect.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, we offer store credit only. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The products(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them in. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
