The products(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them in. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.

I have been a fan of Loops scrunchies for years now and decided to get some clips as well. The Kathy clip is so strong and hold my thick hair well and it will stay all day! Best clip I have purchased. The ladies at LOOP are so wonderful and helpful as well!

Good clip, bad paint

The actual clip is great, super strong and holds my hair up all day. The paint however is poor quality. It's pilling and peeling off in weird places and it's completely gone from the hinge.
