If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. However, all sale items and orders during promotions are final and ineligible for refund except in the case of defect.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, we offer store credit only. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The products(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them in. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.

Since being released I've had my eye on the grey sweatshirt, but kept convincing myself I had "enough". Finally, just a few days before my Birthday, i thought I wouls treat myself to this cozy little number. Turns out, my best friend had also bought me it for my birthday as a surprise haha!! Coziest, cutest sweatshirt I own. Washes very well and I hang it to dry! Thanks Loop :)
